Have you tried placing the full path to the file>?
$query = file("zipData.sql");
would be
$query = file("/path/to/zipData.sql");

Yeah I did that in post #8, weirdly, it looked like it was doing something, then the I get a 'cannot find server' error page. I just did it again to make sure.

You know your server is not the norm here.
Some people have had issues with that big filesize on install but the changes we made on upgrade have definately worked and while installs might be tricky with the zipdata there running and inserting through upgrade has never failed yet after the changes we made. Honestly I would just take a few minutes and do the sql entries by hand opening and pasting them a few at a time into phpmyadmin if your server cant handle it.
I think we have tried everything else imaginable here

If you want to give me phpmyadmin access, I'll try to import the data for you.

Your host wouldnt allow uploads greater than 2MB, so I had to break the file into 7 parts and upload them individually. Your zipData table is full. Enjoy!

I'm not sure why it didn't work via the install, probably some kind of memory issue; but glad its all fixed. Cheers!

Michael, I am having the same problem. It keeps on telling me Quote:
Warning: file(zipData.sql) [function.file]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in varwwwhaitianforumsclassifiedsupgrade.php on line 488
Error: Query was empty
Zip code data installed. You can the zipData.sql file from your server.
| Do you still have those 7 parts? Can I PM you my info too?
