Upgraded - problem with uploading images

The number in red changes with every ad you post. It also puts the number '2' in front of all the images??

Set all uploads and data directories to 777 permissions.

Well your dont allow regular users to upload so you would need to provide us with an account that has upload priviledges.
The number in read will change if you upload to different categories as it should. As far as the usernumber before the filename that is correct
Your error states that your permissions are not correct.
