Error during install

I get this error during during i believe the importing of the ZIP-Code database.
this line prints like 200 times then allows me to go to the next step of choosing the login integration..which is step 3 i believe.

Error: User 'XXXXX_paratek' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 50000)

Any ideas?
