Bids and Paypal

Howdy, I have the 2.1 verision of classifieds limping along and I don't see how to turn on bidding. I don't have the option when a new add is added. I set up the paypal fields, but also don't see anywhere to pay with paypal (I have phpbb integration on).

In edit categories set whether the cat will allow bidding or not.

BTW, I tried reinstalling a "fresh copy" to see if the other problem persisted. It still does. If you want to do a test install on my system to debug the problem for other users, just let me know. I have my copy up and running OK now thanks to your help.
