Unable to post pictures

I am getting these errors - not every time but quite a bit.

It happens when users upload a picture with thier ad.

What is the fix on this? I need to work it out ASAP.

Sounds like you don't have your permissions set properly (or your paths) on your installation. Can you check them to be sure that you have the permissions on the data and its subdirectories set to 777.

If you look at the errors, its telling you where it cannot write a file.
