Problem upgrading

I get the following-

what did I do wrong?

I got it to upgrade by using the old 2.0 header-inc.php, if I try to use the new one than I get the same errors above.

Now when I click on a ad I get this-
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: convert_markups() in /home/cnczone/public_html/classifieds/showproduct.php on line 242
