Header does not work but footer does!with same file!

Im triyng to get my header to work but..no way!
I put the same file in options for header and footer to check but it works in footer and not in header!It is this html file

and this is photopost installed.
As you can see the header file shows in the footer, but does not show anything in the header!What am I doing wrong?Please help me as I can still not give acces to the public to this section if I dont solve this !Thanks!

You need to link the header by server path not url.

server path is something like this

/home/somesite/www/phpbb/head.htm

not

http://www.teamspl.it/phpbb/head.htm
