Template file location

I try to locate the place where the code and/or template is located in relation with the Welcome table. When a user comes on the pp-classified site it is a table where you can read Welcome to ..... When the user is logged in it is written Welcome, Username. When you click a category it is the dispalyed Home>The categoryname.
Can somebody help me locate the controls of this table and/or the templates.

The template is indexhead.tmpl

The php function block that generates it is childnav in pp-inc.php
