Tentative to upgrade from 4,67 fail
 

I just follwed the upgrade instruction did not change or upload the new config.inc.php file but when i try to to update from upgrade467.php

This install script will upgrade your 4.6.7 release. Only run this upgrade if you have the 4.6.7 version of the database in place (either by previous upgrades or if upgrading in order to the latest).

Proceed to Upgrade -->

Instead of upgrading i got the flag:
Preparing to update 4.6.7 database...

Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'XXXX@localhost' (Using password: NO) in /home/voice/public_html/photopost/upgrades/upgrade467.php on line 51
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost database. [host:$host][mysql_user:$mysql_user][mysql_password:$mysql_password]

like the config.inc.php was not properly but i was before with the version 4.67
any idea what go wrong here i never had any prob with photopost update before

Try copying your config file into the upgrade directory.. or copy the upgrade files into your photopost dir... eitherway, that should work.

I've just seen that same problem before! ;) Glad it worked for you too.

Maybe that should be posted up in the bugs section.. unless it's docuemented somewhere already...

It is documented right in the upgrade instructions to copy them to the main photopost directory and run them. THIS IS NOT A BUG.

I figured it was .. I had the same thing with my Classifieds.. but I didn't read that bit either.. ;) You know.. for me, it could be in 72px font, red with a bow and I still miss it.. :)
