On the installation guide to Photopost Classifieds, when it comes to CHMODing to folders

images (chmod 755)
uploads (chmod 777) **
help (chmod 755)
forums (chmod 755)
languages (chmod 755)
stylesheets (chmod 755)
templates (chmod 777)
data (chmod 777) **
1 (chmod 777)
2 (chmod 777)
Where are the 'uploads' and 'data' folders, as the only folders I have are
documentation
forums
help
images
languages
stylesheets
templates
upgrades
Does it mean 'documentation' and 'upgrades' folders or do I have to create 'uploads' and 'data' folders.
Also what are the
1 (chmod 777)
2 (chmod 777)
as I can't find anything with a 1 or 2
