Unable to Download the new version

I have gone into the members area to download the new version but it has no link available for me to do so. I tried it from 2 different machines and got the same result. I currently have version 1.1 and need to upgrade.

Any idea as to why?

any info would be great.

If you have multiple products (i.e., Photopost and Classifieds), you have to make sure you log in using the correct username/password supplied when you bought that product. If you log in using Photopost userid/password you can only download that product.

Correct I have Multiple Products. I logged into Classifieds and it shows my license information for classifieds and the ability to change the URL. At the bottom where it usually has the option to Download but it is not there now. It just has the Text for support etc.

I just checked and the download link is there for me so I think you do need support to answer it.

I'm guessing that since you already have downloaded it the URL is correct - I don't think you can download if it's blank or not a valid link.
