Where is the Mod control panel?

I am setting up mods for my site, but don't want to give them access to the admin control panel, but I don't see any link or it being talked about. After I put users into a usergroup to access the mod control panel, where do I tell them to go to see the mod CP?

If you mark that usergroup to have mod access they should have the admin link
