Mysql SELECT Error - not fixed yet?

It's a bit discouraging, every time I upgrade, to have to make the same fix to my /forums/vb3 php file. Here's the error:

Not every vbulletin installation uses uf.field2 - my installation for example uses field10. So every time I upgrade I have to edit vb3.php to fix this

EVERY STOCK VB3 system does have a field2 in the userfield table. It holds the user's location. If you hack your install from the VB3 norm then of course you are going to have to adjust the query each and every time you upgrade. There is no way around it. We code our forum integrations based on the normal builds of the forums we integrate with.
