Quick Upgrade Question

I just downloaded 1.8, and I will be upgrading to it soon, from 1.8b2. My question is which of the files do I need to upload to my server to constitute an upgrade? Obviously there are plenty of files that I don't want to overwrite. Any help on this?

Thanks in advance

Well many files have changed. The exact changes would be in the documentation for the product.

The only files you need not want to overwrite is your modified stylesheet header and footer html files and config file

Everything uploaded fine. My site now shows me to be running 1.8, but when I went to run the upgrade.php file, I got this:

Warning: main(config-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/batonrouge/public_html/upgrades/upgrade.php on line 15

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'config-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/batonrouge/public_html/upgrades/upgrade.php on line 15

I didnt upload the new config file. I kept my old one.

No errors on the site thus far either.
