Have you verified permissions on your uploads and data directories as well as their subdirectories?

There is only one other person who reported similar experience and he double checked and changed permissions and was fine.

Okay well this would seem to me to be permission related or something with the server setting not allowing file uploads since ImageMagick is able to rebuild existing thumbnails rotate images etc. I have tried that and it works.

I checked your phpinfo file and file uploads is On. Try creating a tmp directory under your web root.

Also have you tried install a second fresh test copy and trying to upload?

Alright....I've checked everything I can think of checking...and can't get this working properly.

Who can I pay to fix this - as I'm getting complaints daily from my users that they can't post to the Classifieds. I've GOT to get this fixed ASAP!!!!

Who and how much???

Thanks...

You can pay an installation fee and we can get you set. Now obviously if there is something seriously wrong with the server and we are unable to get this fixed your installation fee will be refunded.

What I don't understand is why it was working fine until the upgrade. All I did was what the upgrade instructions stated to do - and bang - here are the problems.

I also don't understand how there could/would be issues with the server - when PhotoPost 4.8c runs 100% perfectly... Do they not BOTH run with the same needs?

Something currupted within the upgrade...so I'm a bit miffed that this is causing this much of an issue to get fixed ~ let alone getting to the point where I have to pay (yet again) to get this to work.

Due to PP v4.8c working fine...there HAS to be something that can be done to correct the botched upgrade...???!?!!

Okay well your lets take this into perspective.

1. I never saw anywhere in this thread where you said you even owned another product.

2. I can only offer advice on how to fix something based on what you are telling me. Everything points to the processor or permissions. You are telling me both are fine.

3. I can not touch your server without purchase of at the very least an upgrade agreement. This is a liability issue for our company.

Now being since you state that Photopost works fine you can purchase an upgrade. I recommended an installation before since things seem to have image processor related problems which requires an installation purchase for me to install that.

Many posts back I linked my test site with classifieds installed and it runs fine. If you insist on wanting to NOT pay to have us upgrade you and get it working correctly then from a support standpoint all I can do is make suggestions based on what you tell me. I meantioned a few posts back for you to do a second test installation and see if that works. If that does then you option is to upload all files to your new classifieds zip again except the config and any altered header/footer files and run the upgrade script again.

Please advise me how to go about purchasing the upgrade/repair service for my installation of PP Classifieds - and I will try this route.

Thank you in advance,
