HTML Code Showing up in Email

When ever my site sends out an email,( i.e. reply to item, new item listed, etc), HTML code is showing up on the text. Example below:

<br />
"MOSSBERG 715 TACTICAL AR STYLE .22" - https://www.semoyardsales.net/classifieds/>
<br />
<p>Example.</p>

How can I fix this?

What type of email are you sending? regular or html.

If you are using normal email not html email then if you have html in your ad stuff this would print as normal

I have not made any changes to the default emails. So I guess it is being sent the default way.

Just check in your admin options in admin and tell me how the mail is setup. You can elect to send html email and see if that helps.

If your sending just regular email and your actual poster's description contains html then that description would display html in that email because your not electing to send html email.

I changed the option to yes on sent html email, and it seems to be working correctly. Thanks Again!!!
