htaccess rewrite

The urls on my classifieds are using seo and work great except one section, the feedback pages.

This is what my feedback url currently looks like:

member.php?uid=1&ppaction=readfeed

Is there a rewrite rule I can add to rewrite that url to match the rest of my classifieds? I am anal (as you already know, lol) and like to keep things fluid. The feedback urls are the only thing different from the rest of my site.

There are no SEO urls for that specific action. On the members page we pass protype but your on a specific page that is there just to read the feedback.
