Auction Question for 5.1

Chuck, I'm currently using vB 4.2.0 PL2 and 5.1 Classifieds. I have setup in the admincp/ad duration a 3,5,7 and 10 day ad duration. I only want these days used for auctions only and my 30+ day durations for non auction ads. Is there away of doing this and if so what files need to be modified?

You would definately need to alter code. As to what you would have to do I can not say as that is not a feature in the program nor is it something I have considered. The way our auction system works is that on the upload page a user checks whether something is an auction on upload. To offer a system where durations are based on whether something is an auction versus an ad would definately take a complete overhaul of how the system works. No easy task just thinking something like that in my head.

Yeah I just finished a classifieds beta cycle and am working on getting our last product reviewpost to support vb4.2 and some other details. Been along beta cycle all year long.
