No Options to Buy

I figured out how to get the bid option to show up. But with the Buy It Now price, should there be an actual option for that person to go buy it for that price or is that just displayed and they need to contact the seller to buy it?

The user elects whether they want buy it now. As noted on the upload portion of the ad if you elect to allow bidding in the category setup then on upload the user can check to allow bidding and likewise on the upload page it states several things to fill out to allow buy it now. The user must fill out there paypal email if you wish buy it now to be enabled.
