Avatar URL problems

Just installed a new classifieds on my other forum, after using photo post for a few years.

Now my only problem is the avatar links are broken, if i click on the path it shows like this (removed my site link):

**well can't seem to post the url** uploaded an image instead

I already double checked everything, even comparing settings from my other forums using photo post but to no avail

Hope you guys can help me out.

Beh.. should have researched a bit.

Found an old thread here and tried the instructions removing the {$Globals['vbulletin']}/ in vb3.php and it worked!

Dunno if that's normal though, I still hope to hear the masters here as to why I have to remove a code. Could be because I'm using the latest vb4 built?

TIA

You should not remove that variable from the variable line that I am aware of. You should make sure your forum url is properly filled out where asked what it is in forum settings in our admin panel.

That is the problem, the forum URL is properly filled out in the admin panel > forum settings.

Not really sure what and where the issue is..

Without knowing more what the issue is I can not post a resolution.

I would think that the customavatars url in your forum should be set as /customavatars like it tells you to set the relative path to the forum.

If I knew more what the issue was I could respond so if you want me to investigate your setup you can send info so that I can do that through the contact us link in our site header. Otherwise enjoy your weekend if you are happy with your resolution.
