Place an ad loop?
 

I have a fellow who can't place an ad. I have tested the program successfully and don't see a problem. He says:

I submitted the classified ad and it just sends me back to the first "place ad" screen

Any suggestions?

I would have to try and replicate the issue just like your trying. I see no way for such a thing to happen.
