Changing Panelsurround? I want to change (get rid of) the panelsurrond CSS coding for the area around my Ads. I know that this is set by VBs CSS and I don't want to change it all over the website just around my Ads. I found it listed about 2 dozen times in showproduct.php but can't find just the place in the coding to change just around the ads. Can you please point out the place in the code where I need to change that CSS? Thanks Chuck! PS. I know this isn't a mod forum... and I don't want you to tell me how to change it. Just where that coding is exactly in a stock install. |
Have you tried editing your showproduct templates? |
As I said in my OP... Perhaps you missed it? Quote:

You said you where looking in showproduct.php thats a php file. I said to edit the showproduct template from admin edit templates. |
1 Attachment(s) Sorry I mistyped. I was talking about the Template. "panelsurround" is in that template all over the place. I tried removing it mostly and instead of finding it, I ended up breaking the template. I thought perhaps you could easily point out the coding that puts panelsurrond CSS tags around the ad in Showproduct. I replaced the broken template after I broke it, by the way. This is what I'm trying to get rid off -- that medium blue gray around the photos and body of the ads. |
You can edit showproduct template and simply remove panelsurround or change it to alt1 without any issues. I can not speak on anything that you might be removing aside from that css class that might be causing your issue. Possibly try using ftp and download the template edit and reupload. |
