That is from your browser there is nothing you can translate through the software for that. Your browser determines the actual wording there and that will vary from browser to browser. Notice the wording may be different if viewing your page in FireFox, IE, Opera, Safari or Chrome.
what I'm saying is that your form elements will change based on the locale of the machine viewing them. They can not be set using html.

Ok, good to know
So now i made a mistake
I'm done with testing, but i wanted to remove all the ads before letting the users know about the new module.
So i deleted, one by one, my test ads.
Went to Data, and restored all the folders like they were originaly (folder 1-2, avatars, large, thum, index) but i guess it was not the right procedure
Now if i want to upload files, it ask for specific folders... is there anything in the database i can reset to start from scratch the numbers/upload folders?
Here's the error message i have when uploading picture Quote: |
Unable to move file [/tmp/phpuMrAyK] [/home/vwq/public_html/classified/data/63/TH-Line-3-tlg-18b.jpg]
| Quote:
Warning: move_uploaded_file(/home/vwq/public_html/classified/data/63/TH-Line-3-tlg-18b.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vwq/public_html/classified/image-inc.php on line 73
Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phprx4NaY' to '/home/vwq/public_html/classified/data/63/TH-Line-3-tlg-18b.jpg' in /home/vwq/public_html/classified/image-inc.php on line 73
| Thank you

Well you deleted data folders that have existing categories on your site. Thats your issue the data folders for those categories do not exist. You need to delete all those categories from admin and recreate.
If you where trying to start from scratch you would delete your existing install both files and database and reinstall.

If you recreate all the missing directories with all the normal subdirectories and you set everything to 777 permissions yes you should be okay.

I cannot find the place to translate "What is it you are looking for?:" when its a "want to buy" type of ad! Can't find it when i search for language string
Is it still "uploadproduct" template?
Thank you

No your talking about the addtional template types they work by additional hard coded language files in the english language overriding the normal strings you would edit the script names under the english subfolder in your languages folder.

You can add the code noted to all the uploadproduct templates. The numeric id on the end of the uploadproduct templates correspondes to the numeric id of the ad type under ad types.

the only little problem i can see right now is with the description box.
When the popup is telling me that i need to write something in the box, the cursor doesnt go back directly in the box as it does with the title. Is it something easily fixable?
And sometimes, theres something written in the box, and i still have a popup message telling me that the description cannot be empty, then you put the cursor in the box, retry and it works.
Thank you

well your probally using the tinymce editor. I beleive this is why we removed the description java thing in the first place because if you use the editor you may or may not get a box but you can just hit submit again and it goes nothing really can stop the description from being empty when using the tinymce editor.

Another one! The emails users received, where do i go to translate? Quote:
I'm sorry, but the ad you submitted to VWQuebec.ca, titled
ici c'est en francais, c'est donc un bug en section recherche has been deleted. Some reasons for ad deletions include:
- Ads that were partially uploaded/incomplete
- Extremely poor quality/images (impossible to make out the image itself)

We do not support code modification and therefore do not assist people on how to alter the coding.
The issue you have now is lately you are asking in the support forums how do I alter my code to achieve what I want that you are going to run into an issue. Any code modification you do is at your own risk and up to you to figure out. We can not tell you how to do it.
As a company we can not involve ourselves into everyone's own personal discussions on how to alter coding to do what they want. We release a product and support it how it is written.
I will answer a simple question of where to find something that is not a problem at all. The template is categories template
