How I can change the color of the price?

I am not too sure where you want it changed as you are talking about modifying templates and placing html to set a color you want

in showproduct.php, where the end user look at the ad, and bottom the asking price ( Best offer of price in bold but I want to highlight the price with other color.
Also the question is how to move the Members Featured Ads plugin, which only have ability below navbar and above what's going on- to the sidewidget at forumhome

You can edit the showprduct template and place html you wish around the $askprice variable to change the color.

Well that is because your html is not correct. and your trying to color the wrong thing. Now I will assist this one time but we do not support or assist in code modification. There is a number of ways to do it through css or html. html you have the style or font tag.
