Text to alert commercial user

I would like to insert some text to alert commercial user (business owner) when they try to upload ads cos my Classified is for users to buy/sell their used items only.

How can I insert these text? I assume the best place would be when they click on the "Place an Ad" ( uploadproduct.php ) link?

You can use the announce feature in the admin index options to place an announcement.

I tried the Announcement but users are not paying much attention to it. Hope to insert the warning at the point when they are creating the Ad. Better still, have them click on a checkbox where they confirm they are NOT trading commercially.

well yes then you would need to modify whichever template you want like uploadproduct. However if they ignore your announcement on the main site they are going to ignonre your announcement on the upload page.
