Regular user, ¿How delete ads?

It is a basic question. But users do not have the option to remove your own ad and can not find the option in the admin panel (Only edit optión).

Using 4.1 and vbulletin 3.8

thanks

Jorge

If you as admin give users the ability to edit there ad under usergroup permissions then they can edit it. Under admin options if you give users move delete permissions then when they edit an ad they will see the delete checkbox.

Under normal operation of the program ads will expire and delete on there own.

I know that this is an old thread. Is the answer no longer valid? I want to give my users the option to delete their ads instead of marking them sold. When I go to the admin options though, I do not see an option to allow members to delete/move their own ads.

All I see is:

Allow users to move/delete their own images?

This does not let them delete the ad though.

That is an admin only option your referring to.

For members to delete ads you need to in admin options have it set that they can delete and when they edit there ad there is a checkbox to delete there.

Yep as admins sometimes we get comfortable with our way we forget users do not always have the same options as us.
