I would suggest you check your cp_stats table. There should be a unixtimestamp in the lastupdate field or does your field even exist.

That is the issue I saw is the customer had a missing upgrade. Once I ran and made sure all fields existed his issue was resolved.

I do have the field "lastupdate" but I don't see any unix time stamp, the only place I can see where I can change to "timestamp" is in the "type" field. Should I change the type field to timestamp?

I think you misunderstand. I am saying we store a timestamp in that field.

If you run the cron script we update the lastupdate field to the current time. This ensures that there is a timestamp in that field

we then do a little match which is all explained in this thread and an email is ONLY sent ONCE A DAY which is also explained.

If you have an issue then there is an issue on your server in regards to time. If you run the cron script does that field get updated?
