I cant make that Classifieds work... it work but i cant loggin as administrator

I loggin into my forum and then go to classifieds and the system do not autologon me.

This is how i configure the system during the instalation.

Content visible to verified customers only.

The instalation copy my usergroup table from phpbb3 database to classifieds database. But do not copy my user table (i think this could be ok) but why i cant loggin?
What can i do? Do you need my cookies configuration from my site? (i am not sure if i should give it in public)

when you install you simply enter the correct information asked about phpbb3.

Yes you should enter your phpbb3 cookie name where we ask on step 4 or you will never be logged in.

Simply reinstall and try it again and if not list your exact error and a true url.

PHPBB3 Cookie Name: I set the exact same cookie name that i set on PHPBB3 Admin panel and is working fine. (Like you can see in the picture)

URL Classifieds: Main Index - PhotoPost Classifieds

This is the information... i am not getting and error, the error is that i cant logon as administrator. When i try to loggon, the system logme in but not like administrator.

Note: The "Admin" user does not exist... my user is administrator.

If you are properly installed when you login you should be logged into the classifieds.

Are you logged in? The application works fine with the phpbb3 login I know because I write the integrations

What do you mean with "test login"?

After i install the application i point to my site:

Comunidad Argentina de Airsoft • Página principal

I already have the cookie and autologin to foro. Once i am in the forum main page, i point my browser to: /clasificados where i install the application and i am not logged in.

Are you sure your forum cookies are set correctly like below

cookie path /

cookie domain .airsoftargentina.com

If your path and domain are not set above like that then the cookie would not be site
wide.

That is most likely your issue

I am not referring to the classifieds. You can do that after you install and can login to our admin panel under cookie settings.

I am quite sure if you login here you can gain access to your admin panel

The issue is as I figure it is your cookie path in your forum is probally not / which it needs to be or your domain name changes when you go to classifieds say www or no www

That means as far as cookies are concerned two different domains that is why cookies must be set between both applications like we state in the FAQ.

Cookies and Login Problems!!

If your cookies are not aligned between the products you will not have a uniform login.

The cookie works... i change the path to "/" and start working fine.

Now i have another problem: I cant loggon as administrator.

My user name is not "administrator" or "admin" because this user names donot exist.

I get into the database an change the field: "usergroupid" for my user record in cp_users. I use the same ID that shows in cp_usergroups table under the record: "administrator"... buy i cant logon us administrator...

What can i do?

I access the admin panel, the problem was that my user do not have the Administrator Group in phpbb3 as default. I am the administrator buy my default group was other.
I change that and access.

Yes when installing software you usually need to use your super admin account the one you create when you install your forum. sub groups you create would not have admin access by default only the default admin group in the forum.
