Unable to upload pictures

A member just complained she couldn't upload a picture with a Services Offered ad. I tried it and I can't find it either. If I try to place a For Sale ad, there's a section for "Images of product to upload", but this whole area is oddly missing from Services.

I was able to insert an image from a url using the editor's "insert/edit image", but then when viewing the index it says "no thumbnail".

Please advise. TIA

Certain template types do not have images like help wanted etc

Thanks, yes that's what I already told them. It just looks funny that they all have blank thumbnails, and of course they can't go in the Members Featured Ads forum block because of the lack of a thumbnail.

Yeah you would need to modify the template types to meet your needs. The default types where created based on normal ads types.
