How can a eliminate navbar 'message' tab?

With thanks to Chuck for helping us integrate profiles and private messaging into vBulletin 4.04, we don't need to see the message indicator and link on the top bar under Photoposts Classifieds (see pic).

Can anyone tell use where to look and what template or PHP file to edit to have this link option simply disappear?
