How and where do I change http to https for the following links?

and

http://www.homebroe.net/ppclassifieds/misc.php?action=login&login=yes

The program can only be installed on one url so if you want to run https you can change the whole program otherwise you would have to hack the actual links in the program which are in the /forums/sellerspost.php and pp-inc.php file.
