How do I make Avatars same size?

Hi guys,

I noticed that my avatar sizes are different. Here's what I've got:

1) Larger size: This image was created when I selected an ad and chose "Make Index Thumb" See attachment "classifiedavatar3smaller.jpg". I noticed this image is a numerical value when I look at the avatar setting in the category editor. See attachment "classifiedavatar2.jpg".
2) Smaller size: This image was created when I manually added a filename to the category settings. See attachment "classifiedavatar1.jpg".

My question is, how do I force all of these to be the same size (larger one)?

Note: I sized the smaller image to make sure it was the exact same size as the larger images. But, for some reason it's being rescaled in the Classified software somewhere.

Have you changed your thumbnail size recently?

If so you want to rebuild thumbnails under admin scan database

Your avatar size is always half that of the thumbnail so it should be the same size.
