Problems with extra fields

Hello,
I am trying to create a new template based in the "for sale" one. But when I introduce extra fields and submit the template, it is not there. It is as if it does not save my modifications.
On the other hand, my language modifications in the phrase strings to an specific template seem to have no effect.

Well in the classifieds how do I forum there is a sticky on how to create additional template sets.

Have you actually created the new templates and language files per that thread?

Thats the only reason I could think of why a template would not be found if you define one and do not actually create it.
