How to change description for -> $pp_phrase['products']
 

In the profile.tmpl there's a code: $pp_phrase['products']
it will display "Ads" as description.

I like to find out which file can I locate
and modify the description "Ads"?

Under admin edit language strings search for the phrase and you can use the phrase editor to edit the string in the classifieds admin.
