Notify admin of new uploads

Hello,
I'm wondering how the admin knows to approve ads that have been edited. It would appear that any changes to the ad put it back into an approval queue. The problem I'm having is that I don't know when this has happened. Ads can sit in an approval queue until manually reviewed. With the notification of new ads turned on, at least an email is sent telling you you have ads to review. Is there something I'm missing or does an edited ad end up in a queue until caught by the admin doing a manual review?
Thank you.

There never has been any notification on editing ads or photos or the like so it is a good suggestion.

One suggestion would be to tie the admin notice to a cron or other scheduled job, so that it doesn't necessarily kick off upon every edit, but on a schedule determined by the admin, much like send notice. This way the email volume is "contained" and the admin is notified in near real time to make the approval of edited ads less troublesome for the user waiting to see their ad come back online.
Just a thought!

adding a notice when it is thrown into moderation if it is would be rather easy. Some other system that would track all actions and send our notifications some other specified time would be alot more difficult and require extensive changes to the system as a whole.
