Method to process payment for stuck ad

Hello,
Can you recommend a way (using Authorize Net) to charge for an ad that is in the payment pending queue. Since you can't re-submit the ad via the system, what do you recommend in order to receive payment for the ad? The customer isn't going to send payment information over email, and a phone call could become extremely time consuming.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

well it is a nice suggestion for a future version. I know there is no such action to resubmit something for payment. Usually payment pending errors means users tried to submit the ad and was like of wait I have to pay nope not gonna do that. That is the most probable reason its there. Only other reason is there payment was not authorized meaning there card was declined.
