Add "Other Ads By"

On the details page of an item on the bottom of the description block there are thumbnails of other items that the same seller has listed. These are, however, just thumbnails and not at all clear as to why there are pictures of other items on the same page. How would I go about adding a title like

Other Items for Sale by this Member:

and then adding the item title under each thumbnail? As it, looks kind of unfinished.

That is the next previous featured ads display you have elected to turn on in show ad options in admin. You can turn it on or off.

Ahh...OK. I would still like to add some sort of title. As it is, there are two lone thumbnails that appear and no one knows what they are (apparently I had no clue either). Where would I add "Next Ad" and "Previous Ad" titles above these pictures?

yeah I will have to look and see why there is not an icon there
