1 question regarding law an important one.
 

If 1 of my member got scammed by another member do I have to be responsible for it?

Because I simply don't have the manpower or money like ebay to enforce the trades or have protection on them. :confused:

Members post on your own site at there own risk. Your not responsible for content or there dealings between one another.

Your simply providing a site for them to list content. If they got scammed through paypal then have the member deal with it through paypal. If the member sent merchandise without receiving proper verified payment that he personally worked out with the individual thats between them.

Then again I am not a lawyer so thats just my personal understanding of things.
