when whe edit ads, and changing the quantity the number dont change after submit.

is this a bug?

Interesting I was not aware changing the quantity was a feature in editing an ad I will go check

well this html should not be in those templates because a user should NEVER be able to adjust a quantity. For example if you pay $1 for posting an ad and have 10 quantity he pays you $10 bucks. allowing someone to edit quantity would be introducing a bug into the program remove this html from the editproduct templates

But whe use this class as a stand alone, whitout members, comments and payments.
Registering has disabled etc..

just the admin (owner of the buissines) can post. nobody else.

so is it possible whit modification to get it work for this.
Because i own a reptile store, and want to be able to change the quantity daily.

hope you find a solution as a mod or somthing.

Its possible if you modify the code sure. You could try altering the query by adding in bold but that would be a mod/hack and unsupported.

I changed the code in the editproduct, but when i edit and set number it set it now to zero, tested this few times and set it after editing to zero

checked a few times the code whit original, that looks fine to.

any idea why?

well maybe something you might want to post in the mod forums for someone to assist with. That really a little bit more extensive of a discussion on hacking that I can really go into in product support. I dont mind posting real minor changes for someone to try when we are discussing product support but our company in general much like any other software company does not support or assist in code modifications.
