allow users to edit their own ads

Is there a way to allow users to edit their own ads once they've created them? Or can the Admins/Moderators only do it? The only option I can find is for adding and deleting photos, which I have selected as "yes". I found an option to "Edit Ads?" in the Edit Usergroups section of the admin, but I'm assuming that means the ability to edit all of the ads in the classifieds.

in edit usergroups in admin you as admin can set usergroup permissions and one of the permissions in there is to allow users to edit there ads.
