Install new language

Hi

How do I install a new language?
I tried first in admin gui but I can't see any phrases at all and searching gives me nothing.

I had a look att phrases.php but I'am not shure how to alter it.
After upload, how do I download it to share it with the community.

If you add a new language in admin you can set your default language to that new language and editing strings through admin panel will edit the new language strings. By default we clone the english ones for the new language. There are threads here about altering the phrases file and I beleive in the mod corner there is even a phrase.php german download to show you how its done.
