System email address

hi ...at the moment the (not paid for ads) I delete are sending a cancellation notice with my hosting user name and server address.Can I change this email address in any files or would I need to change my system address in my cpanel hosting panel.....thanks.

Not sure what you mean by cancellation notice? The email used by our program should be the one in the actual admin email spot in global options.

checked the admin email in global options thats ok.but it seems its using my hosting system email address.
