Ending (Buying) Ads?!

do not get me wrong with this question but,
how do I buy actually an Item when it is not an Auction?
Shouldn't there be a button or sth. like "Buy now" or is it just the contact Seller Link?

If the seller allows buyit now and fills in there paypal email when he uploads there is a buy it now button.

well, I think it would be usefull and more clear if there would be anyway a "Buy it" button which guides maybe to the contact form.

The contact form is reached by the CONTACT SELLER link which is clearly visible when viewing the ad.
