can't upload ads

I'm using photopost classifieds with a vBulletin forum and under Edit Usergroups I have registered users set to yes for Upload Ads but they can't upload ads or see the Place an Ad link.

Under Edit Categories towards the bottom all the boxes are ticked for the usergroup settings.

Well how about contacting us through the contact us link in the header place a url admin login and test login in that correspondence.

Also if there are any specific errors. As long as permissions are set right for a specific group they should be allowed to upload by seeing the upload ads link.
