Post Turkish Character Problem

Hello,
I have problem with Turkish characters with PhotoPost Classifieds 3.13 vB3 Enhanced.ç
My vbulletin version is : 3.8.4
My vbulletin charset: ISO-8859-9

I have firstly changed English lang with Turkish with below values:
Language : Turkish
Language Code : tr
Language Charset : ISO-8859-9
HTML text direction : ltr

When I add a category or change a language string, Turkish characters is not seen normal.

I have changed

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
with

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
I have also changed other variables like this.

Result is ok for FRONT page. I can see Turkish characters normal on classified pages. But I couldn't see whole of category name or language string anymore in admin pages.

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
As you see in pic. If I don't use Turkish characters in category name , it is shown as normal. in admin page.

For example: Turkce is appear normal but Türkçe is appear like a blank.

Of course when I try to edit this category, category name disappear on front page of classified pages.

I hope you understand my problem. I coulnd't change my charset because my forum use ISO-8859-9.
By the way my classified pages URL : Main Index - PhotoPost Classifieds

Best regards

why did you try changing code? why not simply change the charset under admin language settings?

I think as long as everything is UTF-8 and you save things to that format it would be fine. Your only issue is going to be saving things in a format that does not recognise turkish if say its like english.

I have changed code because htmlentities() fonction is not support iso-8859-9

I have faced with beloew warning

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
It is changed to iso-8859-1, So, in first step it seems ok in front page but noe seems ok in admin page.
If you edit this category name, it does not seem ok both front pages and admin pages.

For example :

I have add sample category name : ÜĞİŞÇÖüğışçö

In admin page it looks like : ÜÐÝÞÇÖüðýþçö (these are not Turkish chars)
In front page it looks like : ÜĞİŞÇÖüğışçö (same as entity)

When I changed some properties in categories edit page and then submit this, results are :

In admin page it looks like : ÜÐÝÞÇÖüðýþçö (these are not Turkish chars)
In front page it looks like : ÜÐÝÞÇÖüðýþçö (these are not Turkish chars)

Do you want to see screenshots ?

Thanks for fast response.

Best regards

well there is one workaround but its not perfect in your situation.

As I explained using utf-8 works for all languages and allows for proper display of all characters. It is how I encoded support for all future languages

You can set in pp-inc.php this line

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
to say

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
I did that and your site is about as best your going to get it if you dont want to do things as I previously explained.
