Post Editor in message board is not taking the wysiwyg code

When I post in the message board area of the site - as I am running the native classifieds without vbulletin - I post with a different font, size, color, etc... and I only see raw html code.

Is there a setting that I might be missing? I did download the latest build and put it up first.

Thanks for your help...

Mark

What do you see? Does the editor appear?

How about this line in board.php

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Try adding above it this

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
