When creating Main/ Sub/ Sub categories

On the home page i have Main Category Which doesn't contain adds, then subcategory which doesn't contain adds ant then a subcategory with adds, like Jobs/Offering/Full time- and adds.
Te problem is that i have on the home page two Categories which are high lined in blue line, how i can remove the blue line for the first subcategory without making it to contain adds?

Why not set it to contain ads but remove permissions to upload to it in category permissions. The issue here is when you mark it to be contains ads no then it gets that bar.
