Well in admin I see that option with 5 different options, For Sale, Wanted, Personals, Help Wanted and Business, would the user use one of these when setting up an ad?

Got this to work, its when they sell stuff, had to get my permissions correct first that's why I was confused

Not a problem yes each template is a different ad type and you setup categories and set which template type they are.
