General For Sale Ad Type Language File

All the ad type templates seem to have their own language file except the un-numbered one.

What is the language file for the un-numbered template. It's the for sale template. If I want to copy and hack it what language file should I use?

That language file is in the database edit language strings

If you add a new template type you can define language files as noted in the how to thread to override the default language strings.
