Want to be notified by email when users post replies? How do I default to Yes? I cannot find the template

As admin as user lets expand on your explanation above so I can respond accordingly

Admin you just set in admin options to be notified of all new posts etc

As a user there should be notify box on uploadproduct page

Want to be notified by email when users post replies?
